These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jj7 platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services available at jj7.asia. By registering an account or using any jj7 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be 18 years or older to register and play on jj7. Underage use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture.
All transactions on jj7 are processed in PKR. JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, and other approved channels are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits.

"You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the jj7 platform in any capacity. "Account" refers to the registered player account maintained on jj7. "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of jj7. "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or free spins awarded by jj7 subject to wagering requirements. "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are freely withdrawable subject to any applicable bonus restrictions.

2.3 jj7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult will be immediately suspended, and any funds in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
2.4 Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of jj7 or its affiliated game providers are prohibited from holding Player accounts or participating in games where they may hold an informational advantage.
3.1 Each Player may hold only one registered account on jj7. Creating or operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name, under aliases, or using third-party personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 jj7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Identity documentation – including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport – may be required before deposit, withdrawal, or continued account use. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj7 login credentials. jj7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact jj7 support immediately.
4.1 jj7 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary from time to time. The jj7 cashier displays currently active deposit options at the time of transaction.
4.2 All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in the jj7 cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may differ across payment methods.
4.3 Deposits are processed in PKR. Currency conversion for international payment methods is handled by the payment processor at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. jj7 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.4 Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may trigger account suspension pending investigation. jj7 may return funds to their source if third-party payment is detected.
4.5 jj7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.
5.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
5.2 Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. jj7 will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
5.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method. Standard processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa – 1 to 4 hours; Bank transfers – 1 to 3 business days; Crypto – within 24 hours. These are estimates and not guarantees.
5.4 jj7 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
5.5 Any Bonus Funds in your account at the time of withdrawal that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from your balance before withdrawal is processed.
6.1 All jj7 promotions – including deposit bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload offers, and VIP rewards – are subject to individual promotion terms. General bonus conditions applicable to all offers include:
6.2 jj7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player, jj7 will honour the terms applicable at the time of claiming, except where fraud or abuse is identified.
6.3 Attempting to abuse promotions – including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, or exploiting promotional errors – will result in bonus cancellation, recovery of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
7.1 All bets placed on the jj7 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport and competition. Cricket markets, including PSL, international T20s, and Test matches, are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the jj7 help section.
7.2 jj7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was posted in error, including incorrect odds, suspended markets, or events where an outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed.
7.3 In-play (live) bets are processed in real time. jj7 cannot be held responsible for connection issues, delays, or technical problems that affect the placement of in-play bets. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection when placing live bets.
7.4 Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting slip before confirmation. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the maximum payout may be reduced or rejected.
8.1 All casino games available on jj7 – including slots, live dealer games, table games, and game shows – are provided by third-party licensed game providers. Each game is governed by its own rules as displayed within the game interface.
8.2 All RNG-based games on jj7 use certified random number generators, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Results are mathematically random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jj7 will void the affected round and return the Player's bet stake to their account balance. Winnings from a provably malfunctioning game round will not be paid.
8.4 jj7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all games at all times. Game providers may perform maintenance that temporarily removes specific titles from the lobby. jj7 will endeavour to communicate scheduled maintenance periods where possible.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on jj7 and may result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and forfeiture of account balances:
10.1 jj7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including – but not limited to – where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.
10.2 Where an account is suspended for investigation, jj7 will retain account funds during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes no breach occurred, funds will be released for withdrawal. If a breach is confirmed, jj7 may permanently close the account and forfeit the balance.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their jj7 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and withdrawable balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method upon completion of verification.
11.1 All content on jj7.asia – including the jj7 name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, and game content – is the property of jj7 or its licensed suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jj7.
11.2 Game content and software is owned by respective third-party providers and is licensed to jj7. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access game content for personal entertainment purposes only.
12.1 jj7 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj7 disclaims all warranties – express or implied – regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
12.2 jj7 shall not be liable for any loss of funds arising from: Player negligence in securing account credentials; third-party payment provider failures; internet connectivity interruptions; or force majeure events.
12.3 jj7's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 jj7 makes no representation that gambling winnings are tax-free in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for their tax obligations on gambling winnings under applicable local law.
13.1 jj7 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from every Player's account settings.
13.2 Players may set a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be inaccessible and no new account under their identity may be created. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
13.3 Players who have self-excluded or activated cooling-off periods will not receive promotional communications from jj7 during those periods. jj7 will make reasonable efforts to prevent such players from depositing during exclusion, but cannot guarantee prevention of all access.

14.1 jj7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms will take effect 7 days after notification unless the change is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case it takes effect immediately.
14.2 Continued use of the jj7 platform after the effective date of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended terms, you must cease using jj7 and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to jj7's operating jurisdiction as determined by the licensing authority under which jj7 operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of jj7's registered operating territory.
15.2 jj7 does not represent that the services available on jj7.asia are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure their use of jj7 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction, including applicable Pakistani national and provincial regulations.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
